1 When is the Christmas installation season?
2025 installation will be from October 1 – December 8.
2 How much does it cost?
Our pricing varies depending on the size of the tree, whether shopping is required, and distance traveled. All pricing is clarified and agreed during the free consultation.
3 How can I contact you?

4 Is a deposit required?
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your installation date. The amount for residential clients varies due to the scope and will be discussed during the free consultation. For commercial customers, the deposit is 25% of the contract amount. Product costs for all clients are due at the time of contract.
5 What is the decor cost for a new tree theme?
There is a range of décor cost, but to get our signature “packed down” look, we recommend a starting budget of $250/foot. This will vary depending on the desired look and quality of the decor. Budget will be discussed and agreed in the consultation. The design/shopping fee and product budget is due at contract signing.
6 Do you offer rental or storage services?
Rentals are not currently offered, but we do offer storage services for our clients. An annual storage fee is due when décor is removed from the client premises.
7 Do your prices include the Christmas tree?
No, our prices are for installation only (and decor if the personalized design and shopping option is also added). In most cases, the customer provides the tree. If you would like for us to purchase a tree on your behalf, we can discuss options during the consultation.
